Ok, so I was super excited about my weight!!! But then I gained in 3 places. The chest I don't really care about because of breastfeeding, and the arm I could chalk up to muscle toning but my waist is no good! My goal this week is to workout extra hard, just give it an extra 15 min. or use a little more weight and to eat virtually no junk this week since last week was so awful with the easter candy.
