Not too bad! I am also now fitting into most of my size 10 pants!! So down one pants size! That was pretty exciting. It has been over a year since I have been in size 10. So that was motivation in itself to keep on going and work out on a Saturday. I will probably be taking off tomorrow but 5 days this week. And I am going to increase my weight training this week.
