Yesterday Carmine had his first outing! We started out going to the doctor's. At the hospital he went down to 6 lbs. 14 oz. and now he is up to 7 lbs.! But, I am pretty sure the nurses at the hospital did not get him stretched out enough because now he is 20 in. Oh well. But otherwise he looked great.
And after that we went and spent a fortune at Babies R Us to try to get his room finished. We got almost everything. The only things we have left to get is the bed skirt, the diaper stacker, a lamp and 2 valances. At least I think that is it for now. Then we went out to lunch with Carmine and Rece's great grandma. Then home for everyone to take a nap. Well, not daddy, he went back out and picked Shrek up from his grooming and bought the paint for Carmine's room. So hopefully after this weekend we will have nursery pictures!

Sounds like things are going good! Glad to hear he is growing good! It doesn't seem possible that Baylor is almost double the size of Carmine! Ahh, I have a little chunker on my hands! We can't wait to come down...I'll be in touch with those possible dates soon! XOXO to your "Two Boys!"
